Scheduled an exact pickup time for the driver to be at my hotel a week before needing the ride. I even had to call the company providing the service to confirm my reservation details a day before. The driver reached out to me 15min before he was supposed to be there and asked me for the address where I was going to. I had already put that information in my request and confirmed it the day prior. I sent the information, the driver then acknowledged that he was on his way, and that he would be there in 20min. By the time he would have arrived to me, I would have waited 25min for him outside of the original time for him to be there. I called the company that Viator selected for service and cancelled and explained their driver was late. I asked for a refund and both the company & Viator agreed to pay. Do not do business with Carmel Car Service or at least don't preschedule a time and expect someone to be there.
