Driver was on time & communicated well. Those are my only positives. The vehicle was nothing like the fleet that is shown. False advertising!! It was what looked to be about a 30 year old gray sedan that was literally held together inside with duct tape, rips in interior, ceiling material hanging down…etc. Driver was nice but didn’t seem sober. Also almost hit police officer at airport. Can’t believe what I paid for this! My sister & I felt very nervous during this experience & do not recommend!

My ride was canceled. They don’t service my area. I wish the app would have not allowed me to make the reservation. I am waiting on a refund.
