I had scheduled a ride from downtown Juneau, AK to the airport for an early morning flight. I confirmed my ride the day prior. Sometime in the middle of the night my ride was cancelled. I had pre-paid and still donāt know if I will receive a refund. Absolutely horrible. This is a third party and can guarantee nothing about your ride.
