I canceled this return trip from hotel to airport because YOU LEFT ME STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT ON MY ARRIVAL. Sending me an email while my plane was in the air was just about as underhanded as possible. When I finally landed and called the number they told me they were not picking me up, "Goodbye" and that was it. I had to try and find another way to the hotel. Do you really think that after that I was going to trust you to get me to the airport? Wasn't born yesterday. Was there for a conference and at least 100 of my friends now know not to try utilizing your "service."
