After contacting this operation the day before to confirm was given a confirmation on pickup from the Las Vegas airport. I received a text with the driver number before we land. After getting luggage and going to the designated area, I called the driver who was supposed to pick us up and he informed me that his company told him to go home, so the driver was not even on duty. I called the office and was informed that they cancelled the ressie, mind you I had just confirmed the day of and before. They did not bother to let me know that the reservation was cancelled. The lady on the phone also said that they could not send anyone out because the SUV was down, really!! Thankfully there was a car service ( a very nice Tesla) that was ready to take us to our hotel. I should have followed my gut and taken heed to the reviews, but hey, you live and learn.
