The cab service that viator scheduled with, called and said that Viator had booked with an incorrect fare rate and that I needed to call Viator and have them fix it. When I attempted to do so, it took close to a half hour to get through to a live person, who then stated that the address of our hotel was not in Louisiana, which, of course it was. After several holds and back and forths with different reps for Viator, we were informed our booking had been cancelled and we needed to start over. We hung up from the call and called a local cab service recommended by our hotel. That cab showed up in 11 minutes and we were able to make our flight.
