Viator did not send the required information that was needed to even pick me up so the services never came and said it would be another 3 hours before they could get me

No stress service. We had excellent communication with our driver Javier. He texted us the day before to confirm time/place. He was exactly on time, with a clean comfortable Chevy traverse. We had good conversation on our way to the airport. A pleasant relaxing experience.
