Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

We have been using VIATOR for 15 years and have always been satisfied with the tours and service we have received from VIATOR it is the first tour group we go to. The car service was prompt and kept in contact with us while waiting for our pick-up.

We were happy with the service from the Hotel to the Airport,(although we waited for over 1/2hr for our confirmed pick up from our San Fran. Hotel and I had to keep checking where they were- they were apparently caught in traffic for 1 1/2hours???) We were very disappointed with the service from the airports to the Hotels. We used your service from the Airport to the Hotel in both Seattle and San Francisco and were disappointed on both account. In Seattle and San Fran our flights were changed so I had to get in touch with the Company to advise. With Seattle pick up I was on my Mobile Phone waiting for over 3/4hr, for pick up confirmation and with San Fran. over 20 mins. Not being able to come into the Airport to collect customers is a big drawback so you have to wait on the kerb and ask each limo that pulls up. Would not use the service again overseas.
