The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

I was very disappointed with this and will not be using carmel limousines again nor will I recommend it to our friends. For the money that these transfers cost I would have expected our driver to be waiting in the arrivals hall for us and not for us to have to call them and then wait for our car, also we were informed that 15dollars had to be paid to the driver yet on the voucher it was stated that all tolls and taxes were paid so what exactly was the 15 dollars each journey for I would certainly have tipped the driver and would not have to be told to do this. As we had booked 4 of these transfers that cost 60 dollars which was definitely too much for such short journeys .I must state that we had no problem at all with any of the drivers they were all very courteous and helpful and my problem lies entirely with carmel limousines.
