Unlike our trip from the airport with this company, which was wonderful, getting back to the airport was terrible. We originally had a pick up time of 6:30am, but based on the trip from the airport, I called and changed it to 6:15am. The confirmation email and text that I received had the 6:15am pick up time on them. On the morning of our pickup, we were in the hotel lobby by 6:08am. When there was no car by 6:20, I called. The person I talked with called the driver then told me it would be 25 mins, by this time it was 6:25. I was not happy to say the least so the person I was talking to put me on hold again and then told me 7 mins. The driver did arrive in about 7 mins and he was able to get us to the airport a few mins after 7:00, I had wanted to be there by 7 so that wasnāt too bad. My first thought was that no one told the driver the new pick up time, but he was even late based on the original time. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was nice. Based on our trip from the airport, I would recommend this company, based on our trip back, no so sure.
