  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in sedans
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

This could have been a great experience if the third party company had not called within 24 hours of the rental stating their company was requiring me to pay $15 for tolls and tips. Originally the company tried to say the $15 was for tolls and told me to look it up because there was a toll between the airport and my hotel with a fee to get into the airport. So we got off the phone and I looked it up. No toll and the airport only charged $5 if they stayed more than 11 minutes. So he called back and said I can cancel knowing for well I would not get any of my money back because it was within 24 hours of the booking. I asked him to explain the $15 again. This time he said $5 was for entry into the airport and $10 was a tip. I went ahead and paid the $15 because I was forced to pay but the service was not deserving of a $10 tip. After looking further into the $10 ride from the hotel to the airport the original $87 I spent was overpriced. I know better next time.

We were informed the night before we were being picked up that in addition to the fee we paid of 108.00 we needed to give the driver 25.00 in cash. For airport fees. What a rip off and a lie. We could have taken a Lyft or Uber for 25.00. But not being at all familiar with DC I didn’t want to take the chance of not getting a ride to the airport. On a positive note the driver was very nice and professional.

Arranged for a ride from my DC hotel to DCA for 1:15 PM. Received a text at 12:45 that the driver had arrived. At precisely 1:14 PM I received a phone cal from someone at the transportation company telling me that my driver was waiting and that I should come down right away and that I would be charged a late fee if I wasn’t down in 15 minutes. (I believe they actually have a 30 minute grace period for waiting) We were on our way down to the vehicle when he called (just waiting for hotel bellman to bring our luggage down) and arrived at the hotel lobby at 1:20. When the man called me I told him I scheduled a 1:15 pick up - not 12:45 so it was not my fault the driver was waiting. He responded in a rude manner that it was now 1:15 and I wasn’t there yet. I didn’t mind the call to let me know the driver was there. What I did not like was the rude manner in which I was spoken to. This was not satisfactory to me. It was an expensive 10 minute ride to the airport ($120+) and I expected a little more politeness on the part of the caller. The driver was polite and did a fine job.
