By far one of the best tours I have ever been on. It was an amazing day. We met Adam at our hotel and my husband and I immediately felt at ease with him. I don't think we stopped chatting the whole time. Adam's knowledge was incredible. There were so many facts that we learnt and we were so humbled to get to know more about the Amish people and their land. The day was just perfect and probably the most important part of the tour was the respect that Adam has for the Amish people. Thanks Adam we were just so impressed. Andrew and Therese

We were happy to have the same tour guide that we had the day before for our tour of Philly. Tom did another excellent job of showing us the sites. Although the rain dampened things a bit, we didn't really miss anything. It was great to see the beautiful countryside and the way the Amish kept their properties so pristine. Included in the tour was a visit to the Amish Village which really showed the way they lived. We also took horse & buggy ride (extra cost) which gave us a different perspective of the countryside. Would very much recommend this tour.

This tour was interesting, and our guide (Jim) was very informative. However, I felt like the tour lasted about 2 hours longer than it needed to. The tour drives you out to Lancaster County, which takes about 45-60 mins. You start off at the historic Amish Village (tour admission included), where a different guide teaches you about how the Amish live, dress, work, etc. You can tour an older Amish house and the surrounding village, although “modern” Amish live mixed with non-Amish these days. After that, the entire rest of the tour is driving & sightseeing and shopping at various Amish markets and shops.
