Private E-Bike Ride & Manoa Falls Hike Tour

Overview

Ride by e-Bike to beautiful Manoa Falls located near the University of Hawaii.

We ride from Waikiki through the beautiful town of Manoa until we arrive at the starting point of the hike.

We park our bikes and then hike the beautiful Manoa Falls trail, the same location Jurassic Park, Lost and other shows were filmed!

After the hike, we ride to some great eateries in Manoa; we have the option of stopping at "Off the Hook Poke Market" for the Poke lovers or Waiola Shave Ice.

Please note: "Off the Hook" is closed Sundays.

** Beautiful hike, awesome local food and burn some calories!
** This tour is recommended for riders under 65 unless you are an experienced rider and are relatively active. We offer test rides, please contact us directly if you are not sure.
** Please note that this tour does require light city riding to get to the Manoa Valley. It is rated as an intermediate in difficulty.

What To Expect

Waikiki

We start in central Waikiki for riding instructions and e-bike practice. We make sure all riders feel safe before riding.

Manoa Falls

Hike the beautiful Manoa Falls in the mountains of Honolulu. A beautiful and scenic hike that is doable for hikers of all ages! The hike is about 1 hour and 30 minutes in total and you can take in the tropical beauty of Hawaii.

University of Hawaii at Manoa Campus

We'll ride through the beautiful University of Hawaii at Manoa campus as we descend back down to Waikiki. We can stop at the UofH book store so you can get some local gear and support the Warriors! Definitely one of the most beautiful university campuses in the entire country.

My husband and I biked and hiked up to Manoa falls with Ryan. We had the best time. Ryan made sure we were comfortable on the bikes as first time EBike riders. He provided us with ice cold water and pouches to stow everything. He was is knowledgeable guide and very easy to talk to like an old friend. The bathrooms at the entrance are bad at Manoa falls, but that is the only negative thing about the experience. Be aware the trail can be muddy and there are mosquitos. Also, it's very humid so if you have a small towel, it would be useful, both of us were very sweaty. The views are spectacular and the vegetation is beautiful. The ride down is easy and we very much liked the two places he suggested we stop for poke and shaved ice. We also stopped at a few other spots. We definitely give this trip and Ryan an A+++ rating.

Great communication leading up to the excursion. You will never meet a nicer person, whose first concern is your safety and enjoyment. Bikes were great (I want one!) and the hike while challenging because I am out of shape, was manageable. Pictures along the way by the guide were an added bonus I didn’t expect. Don’t hesitate! Book now! You won’t be sorry!!!
