What To Expect

Photo Safari Yosemite

Our guide will meet up with your at your place of lodging or agreed upon location. You will drive your own vehicle following caravan style the guide driving their own vehicle. We use Walki-Talkies to communicate while traveling. You will visit classic sites in Yosemite Valley and Glacier Point. Photos will be made of your party and shared to you at the conclusion of the tour.

We really enjoyed our customized itinerary for a two day tour of Yosemite. Pat was very accommodating of our schedule and interests and shared his deep knowledge on the park and photography throughout our visit. The pickup and drop off at our hotel, light snacks and water for the trip are very nice touches and he is one of the friendliest people we have met and shared great stories about himself and the park. We saw certain aspects of the park and learned some valuable lessons on photography that would have been missed if we tried a self guided approach. Pat brings his own camera along and takes pictures of the whole family throughout the visit assuring the most picturesque moments in the park aren't missed by relying on a stranger to capture that shot. Overall very pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a guide through the park.

Photo Safari is a stress-free way to experience Yosemite. Each of Pat and Kimberly are excellent tour guides with an abundant knowledge of Yosemite--the terrain, the animals and plants. Pat is an awesome photographer. We visited Yosemite on the 150th anniversary of the park and we were able to see so many of the amazing sights without lines or waits. We also saw 2 bears and a coyote! Our East Coast family of 4 (11 year old twins) had an awesome experience. Highly recommend Photo Safari as a great way to see Yosemite without the hassle! Thanks, Pat, for showing NYC folks Yosemite. We had a blast.

If you want to get to the right places to get the best shots in the smallest amount of time, then "Photo Safari" is the way to go. Pat, our guide, was patient, professional and very helpful. We came away with wonderful pictures of the beautiful scenery that is Yosemite.
