Sarah Morris was our guide and was excellent. Her knowledge of the area was so interesting, and we particularly enjoyed learning about the cemetery. It was fun hearing about where the Mannings grew up and the other celebrity houses.

We booked this walking tour of the Garden District somewhat last-minute, but the booking process was nevertheless a breeze. We took a Lyft from our hotel in the Warehouse District to Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 where we found our guide Harris waiting for us. Harris was incredibly welcoming and we knew we were in great hands from the very start. It is clear that Harris is incredibly passionate about his hometown of New Orleans; he knows the city's history and people inside and out. Thanks to Harris's knowledge and charisma, we left this tour with a better understanding of not only the Garden District, but the city of New Orlean as a whole.
