Overall the tour was really great, our tour guide was really knowledgeable of all the history in this little town. They were able to answer all of our questions. I definitely recommend if you go to this town to get a tour guide. History in this town is amazing, and our guide was absolutely wonderful. Although I canā€™t remember my tour guides name, however he was amazing. I will post a picture.

Well... Jerome is an "interesting" town. It is and has been sitting on a large copper ore deposit. The history of the town rivals that of other more famous locations like Tombstone and Dodge City. the fact that entire town is built on a hillside made getting around awkward, but the tour was in a van and we stopped at various flat places (although there weren't many). Most people seem to opt for the "Ghost tour" since that appears to be more in tune with the haunted identity the town has. This tour is for those that really "get into" the history of the region from its beginning in the mid 1800's up to date. If you just want to get a view of the town, try to find a parking place and walk around... up and down and up and down and up and down. It is totally a tourist destination now.

We had the best time, with tour guide Levi. He was so animated, well informed and eager to provide us with such interesting historical facts....would highly recommend this tour.
