Our family of four loved our day tour to the Grand Canyon. We used every moment of our day either learning about history, geology, Native American history and even stories of what it's like to grow up in an area so filled with art, culture and tourism while we traveled in between stunning views. I was so grateful we invested in private tour. From Sedona, it's a fairly long drive and it would have been exhausting to make the drive to/from, not to mention trying to navigate to points of interest once inside the park. What really differentiated our tour was our guide, Cameron. The trip was completely custom, totally comfortable and we were able to avoid many of the crowds because Cameron knew every nook and cranny of the park. My two teenage kids enjoyed Cameron as much as they loved seeing the beauty of the Grand Canyon. He's a super cool guy with interests and stories as fascinating as the Canyon itself.

Thank you for your generous review! This might as well be the best compliment I have received yet! I had a great time with you guys! Your kids are awesome! Hopefully I made an impact to where theyā€™ll want to come back and spend some time with this magical place. I like to think that I made the introduction to the Grand Canyon for you all! That was a beautiful day that we shared and I am grateful that you chose me to be your guide. Sincerely, Cameron

Our guides depth of knowledge of this area, itā€™s people and itā€™s geology seems unmatchable. He was passionate and funny in relating its history. We chose Arizona Private Tours to explore the Grand Canyon and visit Native American sites. We could have not made a better choice! - Every time I watched someone else crawl out the back of a pink jeep or a big bus I was grateful to be in a comfortable Lincoln Navigator. We never had to wait for large groups to gather or struggle to get the best view. - When we stoped for lunch I was particularly drawn to a Navajo rug on the wall. When I inquired about it Cam was able to tell me who had weaved it, explained all the different symbols and how they interacted in this particular rug. - It was a truly impressive day. One we wonā€™t forget. My wife and I had such a great time we will take other trips in the future with this company.

Iā€™m lucky to be a guide that can work in such a diverse environment. Thereā€™s so much to talk about and so much to see and do you really need a month here! I remember that moment when we were watching the pink Jeep unload it at Moran point. I think I was using my seat heater that day and grateful for the vehicle that we have. That was a beautiful day! Thank you for your kind words. Maybe next time weā€™ll go to Monument Valley! Thanks again for thinking of me. Sincerely, Cameron

Had the chance to do a Grand Canyon tour with Cameron (Cam) from AZ Private Tours. It was an awesome experience. Cam picked the two of us up at our hotel. We rode for the day in a luxury car (Lincoln Navigator). Cam had the car packed with snacks and a cooler of beverages. From Sedona we drove to the Grand Canyon. Cam was a wealth of information as we drove. It made the time fly by. At the Grand Canyon the information sharing continued. Plus he helped take pictures. We stopped at a lodge in the GC park for lunch. The snacks and Lunch was included in the trip price. We departed at 8am and we arrived back in Sedona around 6:30. A fun full day of activity. I have to say this tour was the way to go. Small and Private was great. As we made our way around GC I saw so many larger tours and they seemed chaotic, inefficient and less fun. The cost may be more but a tour like this is the way to go!

Iā€™ll never forget the moments leading up to our tour we must have a special connection because of the timing of each otherā€™s phone calls and texts. When I look back at your tour either with the Playlist that we made or photos that I took along the way it makes me wonder if you are thinking about it as well? :) I had a great time with the two of you! Best aunt ever! Sincerely, Cam
