David was very communicative so I was excited, but Mike our driver/guide was hard of hearing and not knowledgeable. He kept asking us where we wanted to go next (we were the tourist, how would we know). He was patient but didn’t really say anything, I mean he said the Supreme Court and the library of congress were in the same building. He did later show us the Supreme Court. The A/C was working in the car, but the car was not getting cool…that might just be because it was 86 degrees outside…He didn’t tell us that the Vietnam and Korean Memorials were by the Lincoln Memorial, we would have seen them had he told us. We went to the WWII memorial and afterwards asked about going to the Korean and Vietnam memorial. He then told us it was by the Lincoln memorial which we had already seen. He was going to take us but my son was not feeling well and we ended the tour early. A big part of deciding to end early besides my son not being well was Mike showed absolutely no enthusiasm, kept asking us where to go next and we had to shout and repeat every-time we needed to say something! I would say though he was patient. I would recommend this with another better guide/driver because they do give you time as you desire and if you know what exactly you want to see.
