Gary was great! It was our first day in St. Augustine and we wanted to get a sense of the history and what we might want to see in more detail. This trip did that and then some!

It was very difficult to hear the commentary even after mentioning it to the driver. A better sound system was needed

Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate all reviews, both positive and negative, as they help us know how we are doing and what we can do better. It is difficult to come up with a PA system that offers a happy medium between all guests being able to hear the tour guide and guests not being blown away by how loud the system is. We hope you will return and give us another chance to provide you with an even better tour experience.

The 3-row open golf cart was a nice ride, but it also allowed for lots of ancillary noise from other tours and just the hustle & bustle of the town itself. The back two rows of people had a truly difficult time hearing this guided tour.

Karyn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate all reviews, both positive and negative, as they help us see where we are exceeding expectations and what we can do better. We understand that accommodating everyone's sound preferences on a mixed group tour can be challenging. Our intention is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable tour experience without overwhelming anyone's ears. We apologize that we fell short of that goal with your tour. Thank you for choosing to tour with us and hope you will return and give us another chance to provide you with an even better tour experience.
