Changed our vehicle from Hummer to Jeep the day before we were set to take the tour. They told us the Hummer was not mechanically sound. This did not work for us because we were a party of four. Jeep would be to small for 4 plus the driver so we canceled and were told we would be refunded. We did not get the refund. We were later told it was because we did not cancel within 24 hours. They sent us an email at 10:18 the morning before our tour was scheduled. Our tour was supposed to start at 7am. That is not 24 hours notice that our vehicle was being changed so how could we have canceled within 24 hours? So we are out $1268 and received no tour. Total scam. They had months to tell us about the vehicle change. Stay away from this scam! I have emails to back up my claims.

We had two excellent drivers, James & Mike, due to the road closure. Even though this unfortunate circumstance made them drive out of their way to do the tour, each man was very polite and friendly on their leg of the tour. We learned lots of information about Yosemite and the surrounding towns. Both gentlemen made us feel safe and comfortable. We would definitely go on a tour with either or both gentlemen again.
