I cannot say enough how incredible this experience was. The sights from above are breath-taking and this was the true highlight of our trip to Kauai. The pilot was super knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable the entire flight, even with the doors off of the helicopter! It was definitely worth it to pay extra for a "private" tour, as my wife and I got to experience all the best views that Kauai has to offer without any distractions. Definitely don't hesitate to book this if you are even thinking about a helicopter tour - it will exceed all of your expectations!

If you're not sure whether to book a helicopter tour through Ali'i Kauai, do not hesitate. The experience was top notch and the views were breathtaking. Our pilot was friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we had an amazing tour. This is truly the best way to see the island and the tour was our favorite activity that we did on our two and a half week trip to the Hawaiian islands (and we did A LOT of really cool things!). In addition, our tour was private, so it was just me, my husband and the pilot in the helicopter. No worrying about not getting a window seat or not being seated next to each other in one of the large helicopters that other tour companies offer. We chose to keep the doors on our helicopter, but you can choose to take the ride with them off. We were able to capture great photos and videos even with the doors on. I highly recommend booking through this company.

Amazing views, amazing pilot and staff. One of the staff even jumped our rental car whose battery had dies. The ride and narrative were fantastic. 10 stars if I could.
