It was great. Our driver took very good care of us. He answered all our questions and showed us sights along the drive. If we had wanted to be quiet I think he would have but we wanted to talk.

The Celebrity Constellation docked across the river from the main cruise terminal. The driver went to the main cruise terminal. I tried for over an hour to contact the driver's company to redirect them to the correct location. We finally gave up and took an Uber.

Hello Sir, I do apologize that you did not connect with your driver. In your own words you admitted that you did not see his multiple attempts at calling or texting you because you were on the other line. We are well versed with each ships assigned location as we handle port transfers multiple times weekly. There is no authorized parking for transportation vendors at the Port even if there is a parking lot in front of the location the boat docks. Clients must be outside to justify the driver stopping and loading. Your driver arrived early at the correct location and attempted to contact you. When he did not get in contact with you he staged nearby on Henderson street in front of Mardi Gras World. This is no more than a quarter-mile from where you were and he sat there for more than 30 minutes. He attempted to contact you multiple times to no avail. This information is supported by gps in all of our vehicles and call recordings we maintain for quality assurance and training purposes.
