Private Monument Valley Horseback Riding Tour

Overview
The Horse Tour is unique, interactive, and exhilarating. It takes to see places like sleeping bear, sitting hen, along side Eagle Mesa and more unique rock formation. Our horses have grown up within a Navajo Ranching family who are passionate in sharing an experience of riding within the Southwestern Desert among high red sandstone monuments. Our professional horseback guides are available sunrise to sunset and will match with a horse based on your riding experience.

Marvin was a friendly guide. The scenery and horses were great. A perfect morning to start our visit to Monument Valley.

I would like to give no points for this trip. The tour was scheduled at 6pm. And was canceled due to weather conditions at 06:30pm. Nobody informed us which made us drive more than two hours and we waited more than 1,5 hours in total. (Nobody was there.) If we haven't asked the campground nearby (3 times and they called them and they said they'll be there in 10 minutrs) they wouldn't have informed us in general. Due to them not informing us, we waited too long to get into the park, which closes at 6pm. After trying to get in contact and trying to find a solution it turned out that they are super costumer unfriendly and not understanding. They would have charged us full price for a tour the next day. They didn't even apologize for letting us down. Just something like "if you had the power to change the weather conditions".. so in total we lost a whole day which led to us not seeing Monument Valley at all. We didn't have the time to make it the next day.

Stunning views, lacked any sort of narrative / information about monument valley and the Navajo culture during the tour. Dissapointing. The experience could have been so much more. Opted to take the tour as there was so many good reviews, perhaps not as lucky with the guide as others.
