One of the most iconic landmarks in L.A. is Mt. Hollywood with its far reaching views across the sprawling city. This private hike is led by an expert guide who will lead you on an exhilarating ascent during which you'll learn the area's history and which artists it has influenced. The hike up is just over 3 miles taking 1 hour 20 minutes give or take.
You'll visit the garden at Dante's View Point, a viewpoint terrace on the north side of Coffin Peakoverlooks Death Valley and was named after its creator Dante Orgolini, artist and journalist who explored every hiking trail in the area. Your guide will take you to the helipad in Griffith Park and soak up the views which have been featured in hundreds of films and commercials.
Please note: this tour cancels in rain. Be aware that the hike is 6.2 miles total (10km). Please bring at least 2 litres of water in case the water fountains on the trail are not working (rare, but just in case).
