We had 6 of us going for a little getaway to NYC. 6 people = 6 suitcases The limo was a great way for all us of to stay together and have room for our luggage. Driver was friendly and got us safely to the airport.

The limousine was about 5 minutes late but considering NY/traffic, not an issue. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children. There was just enough room for us and all our luggage fit in the trunk. We were taking a cruise out of Manhattan Cruise Terminal. The condition of the car was ok. It had some bumps/bruises on the outside. The inside had some cool lights. It was an economical way to get to the cruise terminal and fun for the kids! I would use them again. We were given a small bottle of water.

Booked this for my wife’s birthday, to take us from the airport to the hotel. It was fairly difficult to find the limo once we arrived. I was in mobile contact with the driver, however it was a struggle. Once the car arrived, it looked very tired and looked like it needed a good body refurb! It was disappointing to see how bartered and rusty the panels of the car were. The driver said hello and welcome to New York, but that was it! Didn’t talk to us through the journey or communicate as to where we were. There were internal lights in the limo, but half way through the journey, these went off and despite what I pressed in the limo, nothing would put them back on. I kept asking the driver, but either he was ignoring me, or couldn’t hear me. If you are on business and not paying directly. Great service, if you are trying to surprise someone or treat someone, research more and look into other brands first.
