9/28/2024 at FLL airpot. no one picked us up. I calledl viator , they called back (413-386-4339) my cell .they said driver would be there. driver then called us back. said he wanted $60.00 extra dollars to get a pick up. I said ok but did not like the attitude. driver then called back and said he would not be able to make it , that we were on our own, . i want my credit card credited the payment of $133.00
