We had Ben as a tour guide and he was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The bus accommodation was great, plenty of comfy seats and Ben provided water and snacks. This is a good tour for non-hikers and those who want to see but not be super active. It is easy walking just bring shoes with good grip so you can get up on some of the rocks. We did Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak in one day. We were a bit rushed through Garden of the Gods (recommend more time at first stop and maybe less time for second Garden of Gods stop) but the time at Pike's Peak was good.
