The information regaurding pickups are incorrect as we were told and recieved itinerary stating Stardust picked up at all major hotels in Kihei and when we recieved out itinerary it stated we needed to call to schedual our pick up but then when we called we were told we had to meet the Stardust Tour at a Park and ride almost 10 miles away and we were told to pre schedual a ride share that was in addition to the $437.50 ticket price, 15% requested gatuaty, and then an aditional $70.00 ride share as there are no car rentals after covid. Don't wait till 48 hours before your big trip to find out all this information which should be updated regularly. There are lots of reputable tours that do pickup from all the major Kihei hotels. Don't waste hours of valuable vacation time trying to orchestrated non existing pickups with this company.

Aloha, we very clearly display our pickup points and on top of that, you didn't even sign for a private tour with us. We can't be responsible if you did not read it correctly and I understand your frustration. Your review is not valid as you are rating your negligence to read instead of the excursion itself. Mahalo
