This was our first climbing experience. The climb was intimidating at first, but after the first or second climb, you start to get a feel for where your hands need to be placed as well as placing your feet in places that you think wouldn't provide a grip. When you come down the climb, trust your guide, they have you. If you need to rest mid-climb let them know, your guide will keep you "tight". We also repelled after one of our climbs which was exciting. We did the half day (4hr) and our upper body and lower body (especially the calves) was sore. We started at 2pm and the shining of the sun and clear skies made this climb an incredible experience. Our guide, Leila was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. Down to earth and very passionate about the job. Would do this again.

This was my first time rock climbing. Our instructor Nathan was very patient in helping me learn the art of rock climbing. I was happy I made it to the top of each climb!
