When you book a limo service you expect a luxury suv or town car with a nicely dressed courthouses driver . You don’t accept to be picked up by a Ford Edge! You don’t accept a driver who doesn’t even greet you, dressed in jeans and tee shirt, who won’t even help you to put your luggage in his car. Who won’t say a word to you the entire trip, but constantly searching his phone ( while driving) for Asian food. You don’t accept to listen to constant rap music either. Finally, you expect him to pull up in front of your hotel, not drop you off at the other side of the street and not even offer no help with your luggage!!!! Since this company offer no refund and I booked a pick up drop off I can’t cancel or recoup any of my money but can help others with this review . SAVE your money! Find a REAL limo company!
