Adding to everyone’s horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM! I have never put in a review but felt it was really important to let everyone vacationing know. Plane landed and while it was taxiing to the gate got a call saying the pickup was going to be 2 hours late, even though I triple checked the night before. I called again and took almost 30 mins to get someone on the line. All they said was there was nothing they could do. Booked for another family arriving on the next day and SAME EXPERIENCE!! Never in my travels have I met a transport service so irresponsible with their customers and just left them hanging. Taxi turned out to be cheaper. Canceled both my own return and 3 other families due to the horrible service.

Worst experience at arrival and departure!!!! Departure , they never even showed up. Upon arrival -told To call at baggage claim could not get through to the line for 30 minutes and when I got through I got hung up on. When we found the shuttle the attendant told us we had to wait two hours for the shuttle. At departure they told us to meet at the hotel bus terminal the bus was supposed to show up at 12:15 at 12:16 I tried getting through cannot get through till 1235 and they said and we were still waiting and I said no we had to call an Uber we had a plane to catch at least they were decent enough to give me my money back. Do not use speedy shuttle they are not reliable

AVOID THEM IF TRAVELING WITH BABY! And even if no baby, I suggest you avoid, since their customer service is a joke if anything went wrong with your trip. We booked a trip between hotel and honolulu airport. We were traveling with a one year old, so we paid extra to rent a carseat. On the trip back to airport, the driver forgot to bring the carseat!!!! The driver and coordinator said they will refund us, and we didn't want to miss the flight especially since we were traveling with a baby, so we took the shuttle. It was a disaster, my child was crying the whole time, my husband had to put her on lap. We were worried because our child refused to be belted with my husband. But since they said they will refund us, we sucked it up, but it was definitely not what we paid for. After the trip, I tried to contact speedishuttle thru email and phone multiple times. I didn't get back from them at all, they totally ignored, not even an apology. I contacted the bank to dispute and they told bank since I took the service they dont refund the fare. Excuse me? I paid for 3 tickets plus a carseat, not 2 tickets with our baby crying on lap and our heart to the throat with baby not securely seated. Speedishuttle definitely disgusted me how they handled my case.
