They never showed up! When I called there office I was disconnected the 1st time then they advised I booked through Expedia and they didn't have my reservation despite all the confirmation info I had. Bottom line LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TRANSPORTATION!!!

We booked this when booking the holiday through Expedia. I always like to book a private transfer. The car that picked us up from JFK wasn’t in great shape, the boot wouldn’t open so he had to put the luggage through the side door and into the boot. The side door mirror was broken and the windscreen wiper blade was split and as it was raining it wasn’t good. I wouldn’t book with this company again. None of the cars are like what you see on their website. I think they are just Uber drivers.on the website it said someone would be greeting us with our name but he was just sat in the car and calling me.
