Our departure time was changed the day before we were due to leave and it was necessary to contact the office and change our pickup time. This was a very quick and easy thing to do and the office staff made the changes immediately. The car arrived ahead of time in the morning and the driver was very friendly and helpful

We were slow getting through security and you cannot use your phones so I couldn’t call to let them know and we were over an hour. It’s says in the instructions to call if over an hour after flight arrival. Took some finding them but that was because of instructions from others, not their fault. When we found them they were still waiting and understood. Could not have been more friendly. Would definitely recommend.
