The driver was amazing! But the company is absolutely terrible! I had to call multiple times in my flight there to ensure they were going to be there. No one ever reached out other than payment confirmation. When I did call they didn’t show us on the list. Finally they did make sure someone was there to pick us up for our arrival flight. However for departure no one returned any of our calls, voice mails or online messages. Our flight was early morning so we had to go ahead and order an Uber to ensure we would have a ride. You pay way way more than an Uber and you have to do much more work to make sure they even show up. The worst transportation company by a long shot. Riding the New Orleans public transit was a better management experience.
