We landed in Nola and got a welcome text from Burton transit. We let them know we were 5 mins away from Door 3 as instructed, but nobody ever came. We saw another driver for Burton, and he tried calling to see where our car was. Long story short, they were “out” of cars for the day. Since we booked through viator, it was never confirmed with the vendor. Terrible experience. We were traveling with 2 young kids and were left scrambling to find another ride with car seats.

We were picked up from airport, taken to hotel and then returned to airport. In both instances the car was on time, immaculately clean and plenty of room. Both of our drivers were prompt and accommodating to our requests.
