We booked a 3 hour sunset cruise as a belated celebration of my sister's birthday. We had the BEST time on our cruise with Russ! The evening we took our cruise turned out to be perfect weather-wise with clear skies and a calm breeze. Russ took us on a beautiful cruise through Puget Sound towards downtown and the views were amazing! We saw seals and lots of other cool ships! Russ was knowledgable about the area and he manned the boat skillfully. We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us! I highly recommend Candere Cruising to anyone wanting to enjoy a boat ride in Seattle! We will definitely be back to go on one of their cocktail cruises. **COVID note: We all wore masks while on board with Russ (who wore one also) so it felt very safe. You have the option to sit near his steering wheel or hang out near the bow. When sitting up towards the front of the boat, we took our masks off as we were all from the same household.

It was very relaxing and a peaceful ride. Got to see Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, and Mt. Olympus very well. While it was fine for my family, it is merely just a sail around the Sound, so it is better suited for BYOB with adult family or friends. Captain Russ is great and will make you feel very comfortable.
