My husband and I booked the "Rough Rider Canyon Tour" as a sunset tour. We were the only 2 in the Jeep which was really nice. Our guide/driver Marty was super nice and very very informative. He told stories along our tour about the different indians who inhabited the area and the history of Sedona and the area. Our particular tour took us into Bonyton canyon to beautiful views of the less famous red rocks. It basically went out into now where in the wide open and it was so serene, so peaceful and quiet. We stopped at different places along the way and Marty never rushed us back into the jeep. At one scenic overlook, a full Pink Jeep showed up but didn't even let the people out of the jeep. We got out at that spot and stayed probably 10 minutes taking pictures and just taking in the beauty of the area then ventured on into more back country where we didn't see any other jeeps or cars at all. It was all off-road and VERY ROUGH in some spots but very exciting! The tour lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes. My husband said it was his favorite part of our week-long vacation (which included even visiting the Grand Canyon). Thanks to Marty for a great experience we will never forget!
