On this trip you will be aboard our beautiful private sportfishing boat with up to 6 of your friends/family. We have full ice cold a/c as well as a bathroom on board. Once we set sail, you will be fishing within 20 minutes as we are the closest boats to the fishing grounds. Get ready to reel in the catch of a life time including hammerhead sharks, mako sharks, thresher sharks, bull sharks and many more shark species.

I chose this company due to the listing as a family friendly outfit. We went out on a sunny, but windy day in February. My fault for not checking the marine forecast (I just checked my regular weather app). I called a couple days prior to the trip to confirm we would be OK with smaller children and they told me that the guides will be sure to cater the trip to them. I signed up for a private charter to help ensure we could adjust things for the children. The trip started nicely enough as we cruised up the inter coastal in the sunshine. However, getting out to the ocean was a different story. It was a small craft advisory with 7-9ft swells. Their boats are large enough to go out in those conditions, but I definitely would not recommend that with smaller children and figured the guide would have known better. (I also learned my lesson about tipping prior to heading out!!!) As the kids were all crying and vomiting, we came in before getting out to the fishing grounds and the guide was sure that I understood there are no refunds. I was aware of this policy and do understand why these companies have to keep these policies. I just wish he would have checked the marine forecast for us and recognized that he he had a young family on board before subjecting them to this scary experience that remains a vivid memory for all of us 6 months later.

Family of 5 originally booked a drifting trip. Switched to a private charter and glad we did! They are very kid friendly and the kids had a blast!
