It was a terrible experience, the lesson never happened because the instructors did not show up to the designated area. This was after making two attempts to contact them prior to our trip for clarification, only to be hung up on. I then contacted Viator to have my questions answered prior to the lesson. At this point, I expressed a concern about the lack of detail and they assured me all was well. The morning of the booked time no one showed up or answered calls and we wasted a half a day. In fact we were only in that area for that lesson. My daughters were really looking forward to this experience and we couldn't fit it in anywhere else on our trip.
