Terrible driver. Almost got us into an accident and then berated the other driver even though it was clearly his fault. Icing on the cake is he took my credit card said there is a mandatory airport fee of $26. Turns out the airport fee was $6 and he gave himself a $20 tip. Absolutely disgusted will never use Carmel again.

Cars are not as advertised. Driver was a scam artist. Do not use this company. Driver was mad we paid for our tip online direct to the company. Also could not provide us with any verification that there is a so called Air port fee.

The worst ,call the company multiple times driver still hasn’t showed after waiting over an hour driver never picked us up from the airport. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
