Ivan is fantastic! We used him from the airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, and cruise port back to the airport. In spite of a two hour flight delay (inbound) and an extra 45 minutes in traffic at the cruise port due to erroneous information from the cruise line, Ivan was so understanding and happy. We have used limo services all over the world and have not had a better experience! Ivan will be our “go to” whenever we are in Miami. Thank you for a great experience, Ivan!!
