What To Expect

Sawgrass Recreation Park

For the most in-depth and personal experience, take a small group private tour of the Florida Everglades’ and its unique subtropical ecosystem and animals. The Alligator & Reptile Exhibit is included and takes about 45 minutes to enjoy. Important Note: Pricing is based on a per person basis; regardless of number of people booking, you are buying out the whole boat for your private tour. All ages are welcome to enjoy the airboat tour. Children 3 years and under need not be included in the guest count as there are no additional charges for this age.

Must checkin in office even though you have your ticket - easy process - then just wait for a captain to be available after that. Depending on weather you may or may not see alligators - we saw one, a blue heron a few other birds and one big iguana. Boat ride was enjoyable. After your ride tour you can visit the caged animals and can touch a baby alligator. They have lots of gator souvenirs, cold drinks (which you may bring on the boat) and a snack shack below. We chose this tour because of the proximity to our hotel in Weston.
