What To Expect

Hoover Dam Bypass

Enjoy a 15-minute photo stop with views of the dam, the spillways and the intake towers from the Arizona side.

Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum

Enjoy a visit to the Hoover Dam Museum and The Boulder Dam Hotel. This 30-minute stop also allows you to visit the antique shops and the famous bronze sculptures of the Historic District.

the tour schedule was very compact organized, after the generator tour, I did ot enouph time to walk on hoover dam I run all the time, but still could not make it, as my bus gone without warning me. So the tour was really very informative and interesting, but the time slots you ahve to organize better. First of all you should organize the tour not 10am but 8am in Hoover Dam itself after the generator tour, people should have at least 45 minutes to walk on it and make some pictures. And also you should give enough time for people walking the memorial bridge ... the rest was ok. I think at latest at 2:30pm people should arrive at their hotels.

Really enjoyed the tour, this was a bucket list item for me. The guide James did a great job managing our time and getting us some fun and interesting facts about the damn.
