Private Tour of Entire Freedom Trail Including Bunker Hill and USS Constitution

Overview
Most tours of the Freedom Trail are partial tours, skipping some of the most memorable sites to save time. This tours will take you from start to finish -- with a focus on the people and events that propelled peaceful Puritans in the mid 1600s to revolutionaries willing to sacrifice "blood and treasure" to separate themselves forever from Great Britain. Learn about the woman likely behind the victory at Lexington and Concord... the General who might have been our first president had he survived Bunker Hill... and the young boy with nearly no formal education who delivered Washington his first victory of the war.

Mark is an exceptional guide and storyteller. He has an amazing ability to draw you in to all the historical nuances of the Freedom Trail ( Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution) tour with fact and humour. The tour is long and very detailed, whch is why I would highly recommend it. Mark knew when we needed to take a break and structured the tour so we could find chairs to rest while he continued to provide fascinating stories about the revolution. We have been fortunate to travel and participate in numerous tours, and I would say that the tour led by Mark was one of the very best we have experienced. Ever. I simply cannot say enough superlatives about Mark, his approach to explaining the Freedom Trail and the take away form this tour. It is absolutely a 10 out of 10.

Mark was a fantastic tour guide. We learned so much and have a new appreciation for Bostonā€™s history. The tour highlight was Markā€˜s personable nature with all of us. He was willing to answer questions related to the tour, as well as give practical tips and advice about Boston in general. He also provided bottles of water and sunscreen, and would absolutely not accept any gratuities!
