Tour the 67,000-square-foot Griffith Observatory with this curated itinerary developed by former observatory employees. Travel through space and time as your private guide covers everything from science to Los Angeles history to movie magic. The observatory is also a great place to enjoy panoramic views of LA including the Hollywood Sign.

After your tour, enjoy a show in the world-famous planetarium theater. This 40-minute immersive show includes live narration and out-of-this-world projections. Shows are open to ages 5 and older.

Astronomers Monument
See the Astronomers Monument — a large, outdoor concrete sculpture on the front lawn that pays homage to six of the greatest astronomers of all time.

Griffith Observatory
This world-class observatory features one of the largest Foucault Pendulums, a 50,000-volt Tesla Coil, an interactive periodic table of elements, and more. View the night sky as seen from the Samuel Oschin Telescope at Palomar Observatory.

Long presentations, would have done on my own instead. No entrance into main observatory. I thought by booking with this company would somehow give us special access- not at all the case.
