We waited 80 minutes for a new van to arrive after our bus broke down 2 blocks after departure. The new driver was very friendly and outgoing, but mistakenly identified several sites (as a local joining out of town colleagues on the tour I was able to correct). He also encouraged stops at some secondary sites we could have just driven by, and encouraged people to take extra time at other sites, so we ended up having to skip Jefferson and MLK memorials, which are two of the highlights, because it got so late (11:30 when we arrived back at the hotel). I did appreciate that this is one of the few options in that area that will do pick up and drop off at your hotel (that was the deciding factor for us to book this operator). I hope our original driver got paid for the hour and a half he spent with us.

We had Inaam for our driver. I am a teacher and was with 20 adults. As I served as our tour guide, I can only dial to the excellent driving service provided by Inaam. He was timely, courteous, thoughtful and accommodating.

We were a group of 20 traveling for work and touring the DC area. Our experience with the driver, Inaam , was incredible. He was always on time, very thoughtful, and kind. He made every accommodation and adjustment to meet our needs. There were some communication problems with the dispatcher that were unfortunate but the driver was excellent.
