Our driver spent the first 20 minutes of our tour trying to figure out if I had paid for the tour. Of course you have to pay in advance, in full, otherwise why would he have picked us up?? We soon found out he had no actual tour planned. He asked us what did we want to see and where did we want to go. That’s what we hired him for! He provided no information about anything we saw unless we asked. He later informed us this was his first time doing the Night Time Private Tour. OBVIOUSLY. This “tour” was VERY expensive and we were extremely disappointed. We were ripped off and taken advantage of as tourists. I tried contacting Viator twice about this debacle and they have not responded.

Our driver knew the routes to get us to all the landmarks we wanted to see, and even went over the time to get us to all the landmarks because the traffic was heavy. Our only complaints were the limo was a little cramped for 10 people (4 were children), and there were not enough water bottles for everyone.
