Amir took us to 12 locations on our 4 hour tour and went out of his way to make sure we did everything that was on our agenda. He was very kind and personable and had a lot of knowledge of DC. My family is so grateful for him!! He is awesome!!!

Driver was a nice taxi driver but not a tour guy! This was a very expensive taxi service! Car was pretty old and smelly , AC was not good .We were promised by Viator the booking company that this will include free entry to several places and that was not true! Don't trust what TripAdvisor operators tell you. We were on the phone for a long time to confirm what Viator advertised on their website and it was totally not as promised.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Paid $625, the driver arrives and asks me where I want to be dropped off. He is not a tour guide and will not be taking my family on the private tour that is advertised. Called management and finally spoke to someone who was not helpful. The rep and driver go back and forth in rather the driver will take us sightseeing (at this point we were willing to just visit the sights without the "guide". Driver refused. We wasted 56 mins arguing with this company and driver. Why would I pay $625 to be dropped off in DC and picked up 4 hours later. Scam. Do not recommend. I requested a refund. We will see if I receive it.
