Our driver was very thorough.! Appreciated him being in connect with me. Would recommend ! He picked up our adult kids from the airport and got them to our destination so smoothly.

No pickup arrived at Airport as paid for. The operator said he no longer contracted with Viator. Happy to get our refund after chatting with Viator via Whatsapp - better response via Whatsapp then calling Viator customer service

Great experience! They had a very clean luxe minivan and a sign welcoming our family. They emailed us clear instructions, asked us to contact them once we landed and they texted a follow up to make sure we knew where to go. It was a private transfer for our family of 4- included 3 large bags plus 4 carry-ons. Their prices are less than other transfers @ $80 from HNL to Ko’Olina. This was a great way to start our trip!
