I am not sure I would do something like this again especially since this company would not wait inside for us like we requested. I understand our flight was delayed but if it is your job and responsibility to pick someone up at baggage pick up like requested then you should be there. This did not take place. I received a text saying who he was and for me to text when we left baggage terminal and the drive would come get us. Unacceptable especially since as soon we exited the airport there were several taxis immediately available but instead I had to call the driver, then wait to be picked up. This was my anniversary, first trip without my son and I expected to get what was agreed upon, which was to meet us inside. So in addition to dealing with flight delays, we also had to call the driver to come pick us up. Also, I wish the driver would have been more educated or exposed to the area so he could have answered our questions about what was in the area. He was not rude at all but it just made for a mood killer on my first day of my vacation/anniversary trip when the driver you have doesn't seem to know his surroundings well enough to answer ANY questions. I will not do something like this again and I will just stick to using a Taxi or Uber and probably would have cost about the same.

All was perfect. Driver waiting at the airport as expected and drove us to the hotel without any trouble.
